- Identify body parts and learn how to move them independently (e.g., "touch your toes," "wave your arms").
- Practice simple rhythmic patterns like clapping, tapping feet, and coordinating movements with music.
- Gentle stretches like reaching for the sky, leg swings, and arm circles.
Ages 5-6
- Learn fundamental ballet positions such as first, second, third, and fourth positions for feet and arms.
- Practice different ways of moving across the floor like front and side battements, chaines, skipping, galloping, and leaps with control.
- Exercises in center such as single pirouettes, changements, leg holds
- Engage in stretching exercises to improve range of motion.

- Master fundamental ballet positions such as first, second, third, and fourth positions for feet and arms.
